SERVICEs
Design Consultation
$400
This 1-2 hour initial meeting allows us to get to know each other and me to see your home and how you like to live.
We can share ideas and begin to understand the scope of your project and the direction we will take to bring your ideas to life.
Ask as many questions as you like. I will offer suggestions on the spot and take some notes.
You'll receive an email summary which may include links to some suggestions and an estimate of my time should we decide to move forward.
Paint Consultation
$400
This 60-90 minute meeting will allow us to narrow down the long list of available colors and finishes to just the ones that are right for your home.I will bring paint decks by Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams and several of my favorites in large format boards. I'll help you choose two paint colors and a trim color, including sheen and give recommendations on how to test colors in your home. Price includes one return visit to check samples on your walls.
Home Edit
$400
Let's spend a couple hours breathing some new life into your home with things you already have! You probably already have great style and taste but you just need some creative inspiration to put it all together. Or, maybe you have too much stuff and need a little nudge to part with some of it?! Roll up your sleeves and be prepared to do some heavy lifting with me!
Design Time
$100 HR
This is any time spent on your project after our initial Design Consultation.
This may include site visits, sourcing, Vendor Contractor or Subcontractor communication, order placement or tending, email text and phone communication
Market Readiness Consultation
$250
Using my experience as Home Stager and Interior Designer, I will spend an hour with you at your home and offer lots of advice for preparing your home for sale to bring you the best possible price.
I’ll offer suggestions to showcase all of your home’s best features while minimizing the ones that aren’t so great.
I will also provide you with a check list of action items to get your home ready for listing and some tips for showings and Open Houses.
Shelf Styling
$250/$500
Having trouble pulling together a cohesive look with all the personal and interesting things you love on your shelves?
I can help you do this with things you already own and give you some tips to keep the look pulled together
or
I can shop and install for you, with an emphasis on complimenting your home and your unique personality

About me
The Early Years...
I wish I would’ve realized when I was young, that something that came so naturally to me was also something I could pursue as a profession. I
I’ve always loved creating environments that are inviting and inspiring, and other people always seem to like coming to, and hanging out in my home.
Throughout our 20s and 30s, my husband and I moved almost every two years, each time finding great pleasure in seeing how much we could transform a space to give it that peaceful, cozy, relaxed, and secure feeling that we love to come home to.
Eventually friends started asking if they could pay me to help them with their homes, and I began to realize my passion as a profession.
A Hobby Becomes a Profession...
In 2003, Homeworks Staging and Design was born. It was me and two talented and creative friends. At that time, not many people knew what a Home Stager was but my friend's husband was a builder and gave us our first jobs. Right off the bat, other builders and realtors took notice and we got really busy, really fast.
Over the next several years people continued to ask for my help designing and decorating their homes. I began taking on projects of a larger scope, including selecting fixtures and finishes in addition to furnishings and accessories,
These were the years I began to realize I was really good at this. I saw people value my knowledge, insight, experience and creativity and with that I gained a lot more confidence. People would tell me they like my style, but just as importantly, they told me they liked working with me as a person which continues to inspire me and give me a sense of purpose and enthusiasm for any project I take on.
